At Nexurona, we currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or weather conditions beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available during active promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, contact us at support@nexurona.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Nexurona is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
