TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on nexurona.com ("the Store"), operated by NEXURONA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. PRODUCTS
We describe our products as accurately as possible. Features and specifications are as stated by the manufacturer. Product photos are for illustration; minor differences in colour or finish may occur. Smart rings are not medical devices: their data is for reference only and must not be used to diagnose, treat or prevent any health condition. COLMI is a trademark of its respective owner; NEXURONA is an independent retailer and not an official distributor unless stated.

2. ORDERS
After you place an order, we will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your size, address and delivery time. We may cancel an order if we cannot confirm it, if the item is out of stock, or if there is an obvious pricing or listing error.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Delivery is free unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is made in cash on delivery. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. Bundle offers, such as the Duo Pack, are applied automatically in the cart.

4. DELIVERY
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Estimated delivery times are shown in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during public holidays, sales periods or due to events outside our control.

5. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY
Returns, exchanges and warranty claims are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. USE OF THE STORE
You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and not to misuse the Store. Repeatedly refusing cash-on-delivery orders without a valid reason may result in us declining future orders.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, NEXURONA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or the Store. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of the United Arab Emirates.

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the Store at the time of your order applies to that order.
