Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
- The item must include its original packaging and all accessories.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases of defective products.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or customer-damaged products.
- Items without original packaging.
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
